Our application procedure takes maximally four weeks
We try to execute the application procedure within four weeks:
- Week 1
Screening of your motivational letter and CV by our HR department.
If suitable the documents will be forwarded to the hiring manager
- Week 2
Selected candidates will be invited for a personal or Skype interview with the hiring manager.
- Week 3
Candidates invited for the second round of interviews, will then meet the other team members.
In some cases an assessment needs to be conducted, depending on the level of your position.
- Week 4
Interview with the HR department and if needed the Site Lead.
Within a couple days you may then expect the final outcome of your application.
